Group Fitness Classes

Schedule

Yoga, kettlebell, calisthenics and more all mixed into one class. You will never know what to expect in class and you will notice the difference in your body right away.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday

9:30am – 10:30am

Monday and Thursday

7:00pm – 8:00pm

Saturdays (email or call to make sure there is class, saturdays vary as special events are scheduled in Summer)

9:00am-10:00am

Group Class Sessions run 4-week
