Recipe for Muscle Cramps

This recipe will help you sleep better, have energy for the next day and take care of those muscle cramps you have during the night. Please give me input after trying.

Potassium Parfait (also gives you Iron and Protein) – Single serving

1 – Apricot
2 – Medjool Dates
1 – Kiwi
1 – small banana
¼ cup Roasted Almonds
1-cup Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons honey

Chop first 5 ingredients into bite sizes pieces

Spoon ½ cup yogurt into serving bowl, add ½ of chopped ingredients, drizzle one Tablespoon of honey. Add rest of yogurt and the rest of chopped ingredients, drizzle with the rest of honey.

This is a great for breakfast and end of day meal – light, nutritious and delicious!
